About Us
We are a family business born in 2019 from a passion for the terroir and viticulture. We acquired our parents' vineyard, on which we diversified our crops. We grow a variety of quality plants there, which allow us to create original and tasty products. We have vines dating from 1975, which produce wine, a century-old walnut tree, which gives us the nuts for our walnut wine, 200 rose bushes, which bring us the roses for our rose liqueur and our rosé rose aperitif, 1500 violets, which we use to make our violet liqueur, 3000 saffrons, which help us to concoct an aperitif and a white wine with saffron.
We also have fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrants, etc.) and plants (basils, spices, etc.), which are used in the composition of our products. We do not hesitate to enrich our recipes with exotic fruits, which we import from far away, to help you discover new flavors.
In 2022, we launched Ancestral, a range of products inspired by old family recipes, which highlight fruits in all their splendor. We thus developed our first liqueur, a limoncello following the recipe of our Neapolitan grandmother, as well as several walnut wines, inherited from our ancestors.
In June 2022, we followed brewing training, which allowed us to realize another dream: brewing our own beers with the flowers, plants and fruits from our plot. We have therefore installed our micro-brewery on site, and we offer you seasonal, unique and limited beers, which will take you on a journey through the aromas of nature.
